Terms of Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MySched, available at https://myschedtools.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MySched lets you upload short videos and publish them, immediately or at a scheduled time, to social media accounts that you connect through the official authorization of each platform (currently TikTok, YouTube and Instagram). It also offers an API, webhooks and an MCP connector for automation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or older if required by the law of your country or by a connected platform, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password and API keys confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions performed through your API keys.
- Notify us immediately at fedirivkirill531@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Connected platforms
- You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- When you publish to a platform you must follow that platform's terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Instagram Terms of Use.
- MySched uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel and uploading videos through MySched you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
- Each platform decides independently whether to accept, limit or remove a post, and may change its features or limits at any time. We are not responsible for decisions made by these platforms.
- MySched is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Google, YouTube or Meta.
- You can revoke MySched's access to a connected account at any time on the Accounts page or in the platform's settings.
5. Your content
- You keep all rights to the videos, captions and other content you upload ("Your Content").
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including publishing it to the platforms and at the times you choose. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies in backups that are overwritten within a short period.
- You confirm that you own Your Content or have all rights and permissions needed to publish it, including for music, footage and people appearing in it, and that publishing it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
- You are responsible for disclosing commercial content (advertising, sponsorships, paid partnerships) where the law or a platform requires it.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive or harmful to minors;
- send spam, artificially manipulate engagement or metrics, or operate fake or impersonating accounts;
- publish to accounts you are not authorized to manage;
- circumvent the limits, safety features or policies of the Service or of any connected platform;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or attack its security, or access it by means other than the provided interfaces;
- upload malware or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may remove content, pause scheduled posts or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Fees
The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features, we will announce the prices in advance, and you will not be charged without your explicit consent.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Publishing can fail or be delayed because of platform limits, outages or changes to their APIs. We may change, add or remove features of the Service; for significant changes we will inform you in advance where reasonably possible.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account on the "API & integrations" page. This permanently deletes your videos, connected accounts and their tokens, posts and API keys.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law or by a connected platform, or to protect the Service or other users. Where possible we will give notice and a chance to export your data.
- Sections 5 (license until deletion), 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, followers or audience, arising from your use of the Service, including posts that are delayed, not published or removed by a platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of a platform's terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of the Service resides, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
