Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data MySched ("we", "the service") collects, how it is used and what choices you have. MySched is a video scheduling service: registered users upload short videos and publish them at a chosen time to their own social media accounts, which they connect through each platform's official login.

Your account

To use MySched you register with an email address and a password. The password is stored only as a salted hash. Each user can access only their own videos, connected accounts and schedule.

What we access and store

• Connected accounts. When you connect an account (YouTube, TikTok or Instagram) we receive an access token from that platform plus basic profile data: account ID, display name and avatar. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to publish the videos you schedule and to keep the connection alive.
• Content. Videos, captions, titles, post settings and schedule times that you upload or enter.
• Technical logs. Request logs (time, URL, status, IP address) kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not read your messages, followers, analytics or any other content of connected accounts. We do not sell or share data with third parties. Data is sent only to the platform you chose to publish to.

YouTube API Services

MySched uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to your YouTube channel. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• What we access. With your consent on Google's sign-in screen we receive permission to upload videos to your channel and to read your channel's ID, title and thumbnail.
• How we use it. The channel title and thumbnail are shown only to you, so you can see which channel is connected. The upload permission is used only to publish the videos you schedule, with the title, description and privacy status you choose.
• What we store. The channel ID, title, thumbnail address and the access tokens issued by Google. Tokens are stored encrypted. We do not store or read your YouTube videos, comments, subscribers or analytics.
• Sharing. YouTube data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with anyone.
• Revoking access. You can remove the channel on the Accounts page, which deletes the stored tokens and channel data immediately. You can also revoke access on Google's security settings page: myaccount.google.com/permissions.

TikTok and Instagram

Videos are posted to TikTok through the TikTok Content Posting API and to Instagram through Meta's APIs, only on your explicit request and with the settings you choose. For TikTok we read your basic profile (open ID, display name, avatar) and, before each post, your current posting settings from TikTok. You can revoke access in the security settings of the respective platform, or by deleting the account on the Accounts page.

Cookies

We use one cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and do not let third parties place cookies or collect information through MySched.

Security

Connections to MySched are encrypted with HTTPS. Access tokens of connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Access to the servers is restricted to the operator of the service.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Finland). When you publish, the video and its settings are transmitted to the platform you selected.

Retention and deletion

Removing a connected account in MySched deletes its stored tokens and profile data immediately. Uploaded videos can be deleted in the app at any time. You can delete your MySched account yourself on the "API & integrations" page ("Delete my account"): this permanently removes your videos, connected accounts, tokens, posts and keys right away. You can also ask us to do it: contact fedirivkirill531@gmail.com and we will delete the data within 7 days. Backup copies are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Most of this is available directly in the app; for anything else, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

MySched is not intended for children. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service, and older where the law of your country or a connected platform requires it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
