MySchedHow it works
From sign-up to your first scheduled post in a few minutes.
1. Create your account
Sign up with your email address and a password on the sign-up page. Your MySched account is separate from your social media accounts.
2. Connect your social accounts
Open the Accounts page and click Connect account under TikTok, YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels. You are taken to the platform's own login and consent screen, where you see exactly which permissions MySched asks for. After you approve, you return to MySched and the account appears in your list. You can put accounts into campaigns, for example one campaign per brand or project.
3. Upload a video
On the New post page, drop a video file or import it from a link. You can preview it before posting.
4. Choose where and how to post
Write a caption, select the accounts or a whole campaign, and adjust the settings for each account if needed: its own caption, time and visibility. For TikTok you choose the privacy level and interaction settings for every post, or send the video to your TikTok drafts instead.
5. Pick the time
Choose Right away or On schedule and set the date and time. Times are shown in your own time zone.
6. Follow the result
The Posts page shows the status for every account. When a post is published you get a link to it; if a platform rejects it, you see the reason and can fix and retry it.
