What is MySched?

A web service for scheduling short videos. You upload a video once and publish it to your TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels accounts at the time you choose.

Do I need to keep my computer on?

No. Posts are published by our servers at the scheduled time.

Do you ask for my social media passwords?

Never. Every account is connected through the platform's official login and consent screen. We only receive an access token that you can revoke at any time.

Which accounts can I connect?

Only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage: TikTok accounts, YouTube channels and Instagram professional (business or creator) accounts.

How many accounts can I connect?

As many as you need, including several accounts of the same network. You can group them into campaigns.

Can I use a different caption for each account?

Yes. Write one caption for all accounts or override it for any single account, together with its own time and visibility.

What happens if a post fails?

The Posts page shows the error message returned by the platform. Temporary errors are retried automatically; for others you can fix the cause and retry or reschedule the post.

What does "Send to my TikTok drafts" do?

Instead of posting directly, the video is delivered to your TikTok inbox. You open the notification in the TikTok app, edit the video and post it yourself.

Which video formats are supported?

MP4, MOV and WebM files. Each platform has its own limits on length and size, which we show where they apply.

How do I disconnect an account or delete my data?

Click delete next to the account on the Accounts page: its tokens are removed immediately. To delete everything, use "Delete my account" on the API & integrations page. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Is MySched affiliated with TikTok, YouTube or Meta?

No. MySched is an independent service that uses the official APIs of these platforms.

How much does it cost?

MySched is free during early access. See the Pricing page.
